In order to support foreign enterprises, especially Japanese companies, in the growing China market, BC was founded in Shanghai in 2006 by key professionals who were the former senior employees of the Japan practice at global consulting firms called “Big 4”. As a team of professionals with great expertise in both Japan and China business, BC utilizes its own proven methodology which is specialized for business practice in Japan and China, to help clients expand operation in China and achieve great success in this highly competitive market.
BC has provided a large number of integrated services covering from China business strategy, marketing strategy and market research, human resource development to IT solutions to not only Japanese companies but also Chinese local companies. In recent years, requests from Chinese companies for M&A or business alliances with Japanese companies have rapidly increased. BC opened a Tokyo office to meet these increasing requests and strengthen local support for its clients on the new operation in Japan.
